How this independent legal intake handles your information

The intake is designed to collect the minimum information Hall Attorneys needs for an initial conflict, relationship, and legal review.

01

Information collected

The form collects your name, contact information, broad relationship and incident answers, claimed evidence categories, broad impact categories, and any optional narrative you choose to provide. It does not accept document uploads and instructs you not to provide medical records or restricted identifiers.

02

Purpose and recipient

Your submission is stored for conflict checking, investigation, intake administration, and legal review. The endpoint routes the submission only when the configured McKesson matter is assigned to the exact Hall Attorneys firm identity. It is not sent to McKesson through this workflow.

03

Retention and choices

The intake is configured for a standard two-year personal-information retention period, subject to applicable law, preservation duties, an engagement, or an appropriate privacy request. You may contact Hall Attorneys through its published website to ask about access, correction, or deletion options.

04

No sale or sensitive-document request

The intake is not designed to sell personal information or collect medical records, passwords, one-time codes, Social Security numbers, government IDs, or full financial-account numbers. If source documents become necessary, Hall Attorneys should provide separate secure instructions.
